Pixeling was so fun that I made another one. This one is Silver Rayleigh from the newest chapters of One Piece. Haven't seen too many pictures of him yet and yet he is one of the most interesting characters I have seen lately.

He has kind of scary expression on his face but that's one of the things I like about him :D I like how this turned out and once I have used Nico Robin avatar enough I may change to this one.

Drawn with MSPaint. Glasses were edited with Photoshop to get that glasslike look.
